HI

Anyone tried spinning? It's a bike class. Boy is it intense. I feel like my body is melting away fat after a class. Just wonderin if any other spinning junkie is out there

I always sweat so much I feel like I'm going to slip right off the bike...
The first time I did that class I actually puked afterwards, and I was in really good shape already as a marathon runner. The INTENSITY of the class is what gets to me.

I LOVE spinning! I just started again after not doing it for a while. I have the bike shoes that clip in to the pedals - if you like the class, they're well worth the money, they make a big difference. I spin on the days I don't lift weights.
