Talking Newbie

Hi everyone, I finally registered after checking out this site for the last couple of weeks.

Its great to know there is so much support out there. I have been lowcarbing for about 2 months now and have lost 4 kgs, I was a bit disappointed with that but have decided to go back to induction and start again. Hopefully this will give me the kickstart I need.

Thats all for now I look forward to lots of talk and helpful hints in the future.

When I fall off the wagon so to speak I don't start my induction period again, I just pick up from where I left off and keep going how I was and still find I lose weight. Am I wrong by doing this?

no that is fine. sometimes though people need to go back to the start to remind themselves of the 'rules' so to speak. i think in emla's case, it would be a good idea, but also to let us know current weight and goal weight too.

Well it looks like starting over is working as I have dropped a kilo so far this week. Hope this continues.
