Smile Let's talk ribs!

I read some old posts about how to cook ribs and realized that they will now represent a good portion of my diet.
The way I cooked them, they turned out great! I broiled them in the oven for 15 minutes to seal in the juices, then put them in the crock pot to cook for 8-10 hours. After 7 hours I could not wait so I took them out and put them in the oven on broil for around an hour. They didn't quite fall "off the bone" because I took them out early because I was hungry. But holy cow! They are great to eat! Maybe a little expensive.
I haven't tried any low carb bbq sauce but I hear there is some (maybe Atkins?)
Anyway, it is sooo great to have something that made me gain weight before, help to lose weight now.
Happy ribbing!
