I've been on Atkin's since January 7th of this year.....I've lost 50lbs to date--now here's the problem:

I bought a brand new container of ketostix today and I registered negative even though I follow the diet, have stinky breath and all the other yucky ketosis symptoms....is this normal or heard of? I'm so down....I almost feel like I've fallen off the wagon!

P.S. I Hardly used the sticks before, but when I did, I always measured moderate.

Could be a bad batch of them. They are very senstive to mositure and contamiates. Maybe see if you can return them for a new bottle?

It's probably not you, unless you are drinking a ton of water and eating lower fat content and working out to burn off all the keytones in your system to where none are being flushed.

Don't put so much faith in those puppies.
