Default Can you freeze coconut milk

Hi all,
I have half a can of coconut milk left over from a recipe...does anyone know if it can be frozen?? I would hate to end up wasting it.
Thanks

Yes it can. I freeze coconut milk in Ziploc bags.

Arroy-D brand coconut milk comes in small cans that are around 7 ounces - I think - that are perfect for when you want a small amount of coconut milk. I get it in Asian stores here.

I also freeze any left overs of mine in icecube trays - and when frozen pop them out and put them into a ziplock baggie, convenient and easy to get to when you need a couple of tablespoons at a time..

did you know that here in Canada coconut milk can range from expensive (2.99 a tin in Thrifty's) to not too expensive (1.25 a tin in victoria china town) to very cheap (2 tins for 1.20 at Canadian super stores) I get mine there and usualy buy 10 tins at a time. I love my coconut milk.
