Talking Just found the forum!

Just wanted to say Hi to everyone, and hope to find many exciting ways to enhance my new eating habits! My husband and I hope to make the Atkins diet our new way of living! I look forward to reading all the encouraging comments and finding new recipes, especially for breakfast! That seems to be my greatest challenge at the moment!

Hello Sweething, and welcome! This is the best place to find support from fellow LC'rs, and there are fabulous recipies to enjoy, even for someone who hates cooking like me!
Breakfast seems to be the biggest topic, because everyone gets sick of eggs really fast. Keep in mind that breakfast doesn't have to be traditional, you can have leftover roast beef, or a piece of chicken for breakfast, even though it sounds weird. I personally don't like to do that, so I re-invent my omelette every day with new toppings. When I don't have time for that, or I'm not feeling very eggy, I have an Atkins bar, they're great for on the run breakfasts.

Anyway, it's great that you and your hubby are doing Atkins together, that makes the transition so much easier, and you'll have the best support right at your side. Good luck!
