Question Question

O.K, I will understand if all of you think this is a stupid question. But for the last couple of days I have been out of the type of food to LC. So I have just been regular diating till I get paid again, anyway. I haven't stoped exerciseing though, and with housework I am getting quite a workout every day. Also I only drink water all day, except for one 8oz cup of coffee in the morning, so I was wondering why my urine has a strong feel (sorry if this is gross to anyone) kind of like I only drink everything but water or the smell of very brite yellow urine? Is this what you are talking about as far as Ketosis is concerned? Jackie

It sounds like you're slightly dehydrated... when your urine is darker than normal, that's a sign.

If you're not doing low-carb, I doubt you're in ketosis anymore.

Use the ketostix, or any other ketone testing strips

I bet it's from the vitamins. My urine is always bright yellow until later in the day when I have used up or peed out most of the vitamins I take in the morning.
If you are not taking suppliments, well then it's something else.
