Unhappy omg help!!!!!

ok so ive been on atkins for over a month and i have been doing awesome....i stuck to the rules and lost 10 lbs....ok so i went to a wedding today and I had this huge urge to splurge and give myself a vacation....turns out that i ate wedding cake, cheesecake, cookies, fruit and wine!!! ok, so ive heard that if uve been on atkins for awhile and then do a carb splurge one day and then get right back to the atkins that i will be ok....AM I GONNA BE OK??????? im such a lil worrier!

Oh you poor dear... don't worry too much. Believe you me, it happens to the best of us!

It'll take a couple days to wean yourself well again, get back in ketosis, and get back on track. Just hop back on that horse and call it a bump in the road.

You're already so close to goal, keep on truckin!

AZ just remember that carbs are not your friend. We fall down but you must get back up in oorder to reach your goal. I don't think this one day will hurt you but you need to drink plenty of water.

As long as this isn't a regular occurance I don't see the problem. We all fall off the wagon, what matters is if you get back on right after and not let it turn into more than that day splurge.

You'll be FINE!

The worst part of "splurges" is that it seems harder to WANT that steak and salad afterward. I just remember having "blow off meals" every 2 weeks and being grossed out by the protein-filled LC meals for a few days after that.

Just stick with it.

I agree when I did atkins the last time I would take off one meal every 2 weeks. The next day those eggs looked so yucky!!! The whole next day was aweful. But its part of learning to live this wol
