Always another question from newbie....eggnog? Is eggnog "legal" or awful?

no label here, just thinking of a dif drink. One atkins bar a day OK? More? I love them. Doing OK but gag down the eggs!

Hiya Sharjbar,

Are you doing Atkins or South beach? They are very different plans, so what you can eat really depends on which plan you are following.

As for the bars, I would suggest you tread very carefully. They contain sugar alcohols (Have a look at Low Carb Tips on the orange bar at the top of the screen for an excellent article about sugar alcohols) which have stalled many members here.

And who said you have to eat eggs if you don't want to? I only rarely eat eggs. When it comes to breakfast, try thinking outside the box. there's no law that says you must eat "breakfast food" for breakfast. I often make extra dinner the night before so I can have leftovers for breakfast. Today I had chicken wings.

That's a good question... about the egg nog! I'll have to look in my book when I get home!

oh and btw, which diet are you going?? I accidentally did both at the same time for awhile and my weight loss has stalled. So I'm going back to strict SBD, Phase 2.
