For bk, 3 eggs and piece of bacon , h20, (thats all I can handle at 530 am) lunch, big salad. and lots of h20, dinner meat and veggie's. The worst time for hungry pains are mid mourning, and mid afternoon. Thanks for the help and support. I really need it.

Try deli meats rolled up with cheese and dipped in salad dressing! Yum! Or, deviled eggs always fill me up. Go to the recipes section for snack ideas. Good Luck!

I make meat mustard and cheese roll ups for a snack, there are so many kinds of lunch meats and cheeses I dont get board! They are easy to make and very Yummy!

They remind me of that Jack in the Box comercial bread meat cheese cheese meat cheese, I like the idea but do you need the bread? LOL
see it works for us LC'ers just meat and cheese!

Up the fat. Add cream cheese, pork rinds. And eat more. You can have meats, fish, chicken, hamburger (all with no bread or carb rich gravies). I snack on just plain meats.

But when I'm hungry, that hunger is always killed when I eat something fat. Like a tablespoon of cream cheese right out of the container.

May sound icky to those who don't care for it, but I just love the stuff!

Auburn, from what I see from your menu, you had maybe only 8 carbs, depending upon your size salad. You need 20! Any less and your body will not burn the fat. It takes fat to burn fat.
I encourge you to go to www.fitday.com and enter your foods. It will be honest with you. Make SURE you are eating alot. There is never a reason to be hungry on Atkins, and if you are, then you are like me: Our tummies are telling us we didnt' eat enough.

Now, go eat something rich and fatty.
I wish you the very best. Do not give up! You CAN do this because you are honestly trying so hard!
Annie
