Default The little mint paper thingies

I am getting ready to catch a plane and I pitty the person next to me who has to smell my ketosis breath! I thought those little mint strips (you know the ones that melt in your mouth) would be o.k. I mean there is nothing to them, but there is no carb content listed. It has aspertame in it so I know it doesn't have sugar. Does anyone know?

bad breath mad

To the best of my knowledge, there are no carbs in them, but there is aspertame. I've been using them since I started LCing in June with no apparent problems. I like the fresh taste and sinus clearing. I keep a supply of the Wal-Mart brand of cinnamon strips (94 cents).

the listerine brand breath strips have aspertame.i just purchased walmart's "equate" brand breath strips, checking the packaging i see they are made with sucralose which is good if you want to keep away from aspertame.
