Deviled eggs are real yummy! Also, my new thing is taco-less tacos. Instead of using a taco shell...I put ground beef, cheese, sour cream, & sometimes a little bit of tomatoes on a romaine lettuce leaf. Yummy! Yummy! Also, sometimes an Atkins Endulge bar.

PS...Where can I get the flax-o-meal hot cereal? I've heard people talk about it & it sounds good!

Low Carb tortillas
Eggs
cucumber
salads

Those are my top three favs!! I make all sorts of different stuff with the tortillas (tacos, fajitas, tuna melt, ham & cheese) I have not tried the flax-o-meal but a friend of mine has and she liked it. She got it off the netrition.com I am planning on trying it, next order that I make.

mmmmm Bernaise. Will have to make some tonight...

I like to make a nicely seared London Broil and keep it in the fridge. You can cut slices and dip them in horseradish sauce. Or Bernaise.....mmmm....

CHEESE, butter, olive oil, cream cheese, steak, salmon, cauliflower (curried or made like mashed potatoes with bacon), coffee with 1/2 & 1/2, homemade salad dressing (mayo, dijon mustard, olive oil and garlic...mmmmmm!), I could go on and on. I love this "diet" because I can have all these things and more.

Steak! Roast Chicken! Hamburger! Bacon, except I'm trying to cut back on that because of the salt and nitrates. Full-fat cheddar cheese, cream, and blue cheese dressing.
Believe it or not, I'm a former vegetarian...I still love my veggies, too. I do miss the taste of homemade bread and granola but not the horrible blood sugar lows they gave me.

Steak, with a side of steak..(I miss my job bartending at a steakhouse..free ribeye or prime rib suppers..)

Cream in it's many forms..

I like the flax-o-meal too, it's a tasty "laxitive" and the chocolate is a passible substitute for Malt-o-Meal. Keto makes a good apple-cinnamon flavor as well.
