Does anyone know who manufactures Fiber-Rich Crackers? I wanted my health food store to order them but they can't until I find the Manufactruers name. Can't seem to find it on the Web. Also, I have been reading that they have anywhere from 4-0 carbs. Can anyone explain that to me? Any info would be appreciated. thanks, MissKriss

They have the fiber rich ones, then some cheeters brand that are only 1/3 carb per cracker (crackers are gram cracker size). Bad thing though is that they don't list ingredients or full nutricional information on those products
