Talking Sugar Busters

Have you found any good meal plans (other than what is in the SB book?)
how about recipies?
I am switching from Atkins after a two month stall, and I am hoping someone can help me make this work...
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Good luck with the switch. I did the same thing, and am much happier. I am below my goal weight now, and still doing SB everyday. I love the freedom and I feel so much healthier. I don't come to this board often, so I'd like to refer you to 3FC.com. There is a support board there, as well as numerous recipes. Come on over and join us; we'd love to have you.

Take care!

Hi,

Can anyone tell me (in a nutshell if possible) what Sugar Busters is?

What foods do you eat? What is approx ration fat/prot/carb?

And what is the basic philosophy?

Thanks!
