Question Womens Measurements

I was just curious where everyone is taking their measurements from. I keep thinking of military hips wrist, can't think of the other right now. Where do you guys take your measurements from? I weigh myself like twice a day and would like to put it away and do some measurements. TIA

just looked at another site and found this:

Quote:
Neck Measure the neck just below the level of the larynx
(Adam's Apple) to the nearest ¼ inch.
Forearm With the arm horizontal and the palm up, measure
the forearm at the largest point to the nearest ¼ inch.
Wrist With the arm down by the side and the hand in a
relaxed position, measure the wrist between the
bones of the hand and forearm to the nearest ¼ inch.
Waist Measure the waist at the level of the navel
(belly button) to the nearest ¼ inch.
Hips Measure the hips to the nearest ¼ inch at the point
where the gluteus muscles (buttocks) protrude
backwards the most.

Does that help?

I find it hard to consistantly measure myself - my first measurements and my second were horribly different - might just have to stick with the scales.

heh I go by a pair of jeans or something like that. - or a swimsuit - depends on which areas you want to keep a closer eye on.

Otherwise I try not to get focused on weighing or measuring and just enjoying this WOL

Oh, I don't know about that! I know a few people who call themselves women and they have the biggest Adam's apples I've ever seen! But then again, they're also hairy and stand about 6'3!! Hey, I do live near San Francisco!!
