New to this site

Hi all, I'm new to this site, but not to low carbing. I had weight loss surgery last july and have lost 70 pounds. I've been plateau'd since January and I know its due to my carb addictions

Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

So I'm trying to get back on track with low carbing again. I was recently diagnosed with kidney cancer. I have a CT scan tomorrow. So i have more surgery coming.

I'm dealing with that and trying to lose these last 30 pounds or so.

I'm in my 30's and live in Western Canada.
