Default I'm sure newbies talk about this...

All the time. But I was all excited yesterday because the scale finally budged. I was down 3.5 lbs since day one (which was last monday). I dropped an initial 1.4 in the first 2 days so I'm not really counting that as anything but water. Anyway, so another 1.5 lbs finally came off yesterday and I was excited that it was actually working. I'm always a very very slow loser. So I got back on today and that 1.5 loss vanished. It's like it never happen. Ugh.
So you're gonna tell me i didn't drink enough water, i ate too much salt..and all those other thing. But in induction, is this normal? to go up and down like that? We're approaching that 2 week mark quickly and I'm not getting what I was hoping for at all. 1.5 loss in 10 days of induction? ugh. Now my ketostix are ussually very mildly pink...and yesterday night and this morning it was neutral. Should I be concerned?

Of course, my hubby is down about 5lbs. Men! Not to mention his purple stix!

Hey Sparker!

Try not to weigh yourself everyday. I did that at first and since it fluctuates so much (hormones, salt, etc) I got super discouraged. I now only weigh myself once a week and I'm much happier.

My hubby has lost more weight than me, too. Hate that!
