Morning all!

I am taking my Atkins Induction on the road this week and need a little shopping advice. I live in BC and am heading out to the Kootenays for a couple of days, then down to southern Oregon for a week to camp. I'll be staying with family so it's going to be a real challenge because they are so opposed too this WOE, but I will endure.

What I am interested in is where to buy LC products. Which grocery stores are better than others in WA and OR for LC stuff?

I am determined to stay on the wagon, so to speak, while we are away so a little help would be appreciated. I want to bring back some LC products that I can't get here (or at least I can't FIND here ) so I am open to suggestions.
