Default I found a great low carb cookbook

Hi everyone

I found the best low carb cook book. I've had it for a while now and have used heaps of recipies. On the weekend I cooked one of thier lc cheesecakes and it was SSSoooooo yummy. It was pretty much made out of crushed hazelnuts for the crust and then cottage cheese and sour cream for the top. Much tastier than expected. If there are people out there like me who could not live with out sweets forever then this book is a real help. It's good for snack ideas too. Dana Carpender wrote it she has been lcing for 7 years or so. I think the Americans would have heard her name. It's called 500 low carb recipies.

I found the everyday eating thing a bit hard at first but this is a real help.

* I haven't cheated for a whole week now. Woo Hoo.

Dana Carpenter is also the author of a low carb book "How I gave up my Low Fat Diet and lost 40 pounds" which should soon be in bookstores across the US, and is already on amazon.com And now the Recipe book.

She publishes the "low carb ezine" at http://webbalah.net/mailman/listinfo/lowcarbezine if you are interested.
