Question Tim Horton's vs Starbuck's

I was browsing this site http://www.calorieking.com/foods/fo...8&food_id=57913 looking for some info on restaurants (vacation coming up soon in Canada), and thought I'd check to see how Tim Horton's coffee compares to Starbuck's in terms of carb content. The results are below...

Tim Horton's Coffee (10 fl.oz)
Calories 80 cals
Total Fats 4 g
Cholesterol 12 mg
Carbohydrates 10 g
Sugars 10 g
Protein 1 g
Sodium 20 mg

Starbuck's Coffee (Grande 16 fl.oz)
Calories 10 cals
Total Fats 0 g
Cholesterol 0 mg
Sugars -
Carbohydrates 2 g
Protein 1 g
Sodium 15 mg

I have to assume that Tim's coffee is being rated with cream and a ton of sugar, but does anyone know for sure... when in Canada I always drink Tim's coffee, but I'll surely have to avoid it if a cup has 10g carbs in it!

It's possible that this was comparing their cappuccino's as there is only 1 carb per cup of plain unflavoured coffee.

Hi, I am a Timmy's freak. I'm agreeing with the reply above about he cappucino. As far as I know a large black coffee has no calories and no fat. I'm new to this woe so I will get the nutrition guide and check out the carbs for you. And Welcome to Canada.
