Smile Greetings From Florida!

I am new to posting but I have been lurking for a while. I am a diabetic and I came here to find information about Dr. Bernstein's Solution for Diabetes. I have enjoyed reading all the posts so much that I decided to become a more active participant.

I am happy to be here and hope to make many new friends.

A little about me, I am a 48 year old mother of one daughter and grandmother of three (two boys and a girl). I am married and we have one dog and one cat. I started on Atkins about 2 months ago after realizing that the ADA diet was slowly killing me. My doctor is all for the change. So here I am, looking forward to the future and living lowcarb. Oh, my husband is also doing this with me so I don't have to deal with cooking two separate meals! My entire kitchen is dedicated to lowcarb and the only time I have other things there are when my grandchildren come to visit for the weekend.

Thank you both. I am in Tampa or actually in Land O'Lakes but usually nobody knows where that is. I'm sure I'll find lots of sage advice and helpful hints. I am very glad I found this site.
