I just tried this new low carb bread from Natural Ovens called "Low Carb I". It's not cheap- about $5.00 a loaf, but it only has 3g net carbs (11 total carbs, 8 g fiber)
This stuff is so amazing. It's whole wheat, and tastes wonderful.

I found Natures Own low carb bread at my store after looking for 3 months. It was heaven sent. Bread was one of my weaknesses but not anymore, I can have it now. Egg salad and tuna salad taste so much better when you can eat it on a slice of bread.
