Default Atkins Supplements

Okay I really want to succeed this time. I have a question. I went to the health food store and bought the 14 day Starter Kit. Anyone else use Atkins supplements? Do you like? Or is it a waste of my money?

Also I really want to have the Atkins shakes on induction. Really helps with a quick breakfast. Is that okay?

Thanks!!

The starter kit includes
Basic 3 Tablets
Essential Oils
Dieters Advantage Tablets
Accel Tablets

Let me know what you liked and did not like and why!

I have been doing low carb since November and I just use a basic mulit , or none and all. I started Atkins Baisc #3 about 3 weeks ago, and let me tell you I feel so much better. I wish I had used it all along. I have much more energy and more get up and go in the mornings then I have the entire time on Atkins.
As for the others, sorry I wish I knew, Hope someone can help you out there.
