Default Afternoon Woosh!

Has anyone here found they have had an afternoon woosh. I've had a few small ones and just had a big one. I'm 4lbs lighter than I was Thursday morning. Oh for joy. This is the only eating plan I've EVER had any sucess on btw. I lose >5lbs on ww nothing on slim fast nothing on the starvation approach. I did lose on the subway but I think that was a co-incidence

Wow, no I don't think I've ever had an afternoon whoosh! I only ever am lighter first thing in the morning with a completely empty tummy.

Congrats on your loss so far. Keep it up! Atkins is definately the way to go opposed to those others you mentioned. Satisfying and it works!
