Default no energy still

Hi, been on Atkins since June 16th. I started out with no energy and still have none. Does anyone know when I might get some. I was exerciseing everyday before this. Now I'm lucky to do it 2 times a week. I just don't never feel like it. I have no inches gone also. I have lost like 15 pounds but no change in inches. I'm confused because everyone said you will have so much energy, now I think they are full of it.

Heck, I take naps when I can. I always have a midafternoon energy dive. I asked the doc about that and he says that a nap in the afternoon is actually normal and healthy. Just pretend you are Spanish and take a siesta.

I haven't actually noticed an increase in energy either. I can do workouts with no problem-but I could do that before.

Yes, I do take my vit. and drink liek 70 ounces of water a day. So, I guess my body just needs those carbs to have energy to exercise. I must be at a stall no weight has came off this week. As well as, the inches.

I tryed to do Atkins, but it just wasn't enough carbs for me. Some people just can't go that low. A bunch of us switched to The Schwarzbein Principle. It's still LC but more carbs and less protein than Atkins. Maybe it's just not the program for you. Just a thought.
