Is your behind a bit behind? Does it zig when it should have zagged? Try these new and improved exercises!

1) Squats: The #1 total body exercise. Focusing on the glutes (butt), quads and hams. This one will kick butt and take names! start out slow and easy or you'll be walkin funny for days.

2) Lunges: Like the squat, only one leg at a time. Usually a straight run of 50ft and back will do the trick. Careful to mind your form.

3) Step class: The aerobics side of the equation. 60 minutes of step/kick fun. Drink lots of water. (also see "tai-bo")

Remember: Diet & Exercise are the key to fitness. It takes both to work well.

Good luck!

Squats: The undisputed king of all butt exercises. And no joke about the walkin' funny. I returned to squatting two days ago after spending 2 months on the leg press. Oh. My. God. I didn't even go that heavy, and my legs are still not back to normal today.
