Dont stress about the measuring tape. Just keep on doing what you know you should and the results will come.
DAY 2
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!
It started with a patty. 25gms carbs but I was feeling ill, so I took two carb blockers (supposed to block 40gms carbs) and hoped for the best.
Lunch was good, chicken & raw veg. At afternoon snack time 3:00 my day went to hell.
I had no low carb foods, but I was starving, so I decided to take two more carb blockers and hit the snack machine. One pack of cookies (25 gms). 1/2 hr later the carb effect kicked in. I was FAMISHED. So I had some Milo with lots of condensed milk. OY! That led to fast food for dinner accompanied by an apple strudel & ice cream. Interestingly I didnt even enjoy the high carb treats, what's the point in eating them if you're not enjoying them. Old habits are powerful things.
This morning I'm up 2 lbs to 152, but I figured I've been exercising consistently so maybe my measurements should be down. I'm up in all my taget areass. AAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
God, it is so discouraging to work so hard, then take 1 step forward & 2 steps back. Damn, damn, DAMN!! (hope this does not offend you).
On a positive note, after about an hour of moping I dragged myself into a 20 minute workout and I feel good.
