Smile Overnight I weighted 3lbs less against all odds

At lunch, I ate a big smoked meat (lean) sandwich. I was expecting a gain of +1-2lbs difference because of huge amount of salt, but my weight went from 204 to 201. OIf course,m I 'll wait a few days to write my progress.

Also, weird to say, yesterday, I felt more "energetic". Could it be because of a sudden surge in proteins? Since I began low-carb, I have to say that I feel a bit more tired. Recently, I use to eat 60-100g of meat daily. Perhaps that I should increase it to 120-150g? Any thought or experience?

Hi!

Assuming you're a guy, 120-150 g of protein sounds about right, especially if you're working out. Tiredness has too many possible causes to speculate, though...

Your "woosh" (sudden weight loss) is prime example of why we say, "stay away from the scale!" It lies. It's not a true reflection of your success or effort.

Keep up the good work!
