Hypothyroidism And Soy Products
Hi everyone!
I have been doing a lot of research on this hypothyroid and soy issue. I am now convinced that the reason I am still so slow in losing weight is that I am consuming soy products. (I have hypothyroidism)I went through my pantry and fridge only to discover that most everything (including some lo-carb products) contained soy as one of the first few ingrediants. I would like to know how if anyone else has done tried eliminating soy from their diets and if so are you losing faster?
