Default My weightloss during induction........

I lost 11 pounds while on induction and am very excited. That is 11 down and more to go, but with this diet I know I can do it, and I never go to bed hungry. I can't believe the foods you are able to eat and still lose weight. Dr. Atkins was a true genius. I know my clothes are very loose and I have even dropped a size, which is a plus!! I even had someone tell me that I have lost some weight. People are starting to notice.

Wow, congratulations! You did really well on induction, especially considering you don't have tons of weight to lose. You must not be very resistant at all! Don't you just love how you feel -- so much more in control of food? I always thought the food was in control of me, until this diet. Good luck -- stay with it!

Great news, Firefly. Did you take measurments as well? A lot of us find that the scale stops moving downward even though we are getting thinner. It's a weird phenomenon of this WOE. Don't get discouraged if you stop losing pounds. Stalls happen - see the post by Opera Ghost earlier today re: 100 lbs gone.

Congrats and hang in there!

Hey Firefly! We are about the same in stats...height, before and goal weight etc.

Great to hear you have lost a significant amount of weight! This encourages me, my weight loss has been slow but I'm sticking to it!
