Default I've had a really bad week...

I've cheated just about everyday for the last week (excpet one day ). One of my friends who I haven't seen since I was a little kid came to visit and we were always out somewhere and it was so difficult to stay on the diet. Now it's really hard to get started up again. I had everything from candy to bagels to french fries.

Heidi,

It's been a holiday week, so don't go too hard on yourself. Just pick up where you left off! We all have bad spells. I had mine two weeks ago at a workshop out of state - I had ice cream, liccorice, cookies, you name it. Yuk. But I got back on track the next morning. You can too. You might feel the effects of the carbs - bloating, water retention, etc. for a few days (I did), but keep thinking of how great you feel when eating low carb.

Good luck.

Joan
