Help I need to update my profile. When I'm logged in I go to profile and press the user options button but am told I can't access. Any suggestions gratefully received.

I think you clicked on the option for administrators.

Click on the icon to edit your profile.

No I checked again and I'm definitely clicking on user options within the profile icon. I tried the administrator one, just to see if I'd hit the wrong one, but nothing at all happens with that. When I click on the user one I get a message to say I don't have permission to access it and then at the bottom of the message there's a note confirming me as the logged in user.

What is the link/URL to that page where it gives you the error?

OK I've got it. I was using the profile icon at the bottom of my threads. When I used the one at the top of the page it worked fine. Thanks for your help. The URL to the error message is http://forum.lowcarber.org/moderato...options&u=26211
I still get that if I try to use the icon at the bottom of the thread. Just thought you might like to know.
