Can someone tell me how many carbs a day you can have on the SD, I am very interested in this diet, and I will be getting the book soon, but can anyone tell me a little more about it first...

It depends

Depending on if you are insulin resistance or sensitive,activity level, adrenals etc....you really need to read the book

the website is www.schwarzbeinprinciple.com.. It is a bit limited but has some GREAT info...sometimes it seems hiddens as you need to click on other things .
