Hello All! Another newbie :)
Just wanted to introduce my self, hopefully you'll be seeing me around I'm just wrapping up week 2 of induction, and I think I'm going to go OWL on Monday. I was thinking about going longer, but I seem to be losing well, and I'm dieing to add some fruits and nuts back into my meals! My fiance is doing Atkins with me, and is doing well, considering this was a MAJOR change for him, and he's never really watched what he eats before. But it's nice having someone go through this with me
My Goal? Be somewhere near my goal weight by the beginning of October, so that I can order my wedding dress! (I feel the need to say, I'm not doing this specificly for the wedding, that's more of a bonus! We started to try to help our general lack of energy, and to become healthier. We ended up on Atkins 1) because a number of people I work with are doing it very successfully, and 2) I thought it was something fiance might be able to handle )
