Default Picking out the noodles

I wanted to make my lasagna for my husband tonight. He likes the low carb food I make but I know he would love some of my lasagna.

I wonder if it would be a problem if I just picked out the noodles in my portion? I won't be tempted to eat them, but I wonder if alot of starch will "infect" the other ingredients?

my daughter and I went to my brother's for dinner -- lasagna -- I picked all the nooddles out for her and she scraped all the meat off for me, a big dose of salad and we were set. For an occasional I don't think it would hurt, you may watch for any cravings i.e. the sauce, etc.

Yes I have made it using eggplant slices before and it sure is yummy! Whenever mozzerella, tomatoes, basil and eggplant are involved you can't go wrong!

I just wanted to make the old fashioned version for once. He likes some of the low carb stuff I make but he says he is scared he will lose wieght if he only eats low carb, since he is thin as a rail anyway.

Actually I always make separate things for me and my DH (he would never LC).

Glad you have tried it...
