Default on and off atkins

I've been on and off Atkins for the past month or so. I keep trying to justify my cheats and indulgences with stupid reasoning- I didn't exercise today so I pretty much blew my goal anyway, might as well pig out... It's a legal food, it won't matter if I have 50g of carbs from it while on induction...it says sugar free and most of the carbs are from sugar alcohols so it must be okay... i ate something with hidden carbs accidentally, but now I know. shot the day again, so I might as well eat more carbs...
I have no idea how I come up with stuff like this. But I'm finally ready to really stick with it. I was sun tanning in my backyard yesterday with a tank top and shorts on and there was just WAY too much jiggle and wiggle for me. I'm gonna make it this time. I got the replacement piece in the mail for my stationary bike today so now I have easy exercise to do. I made my sugar free jello for the sugar attacks so I'm ready for the cravings. And best of all I've got myself all hyped up over doing good on the diet so I'm really really ready to lose.

You CAN do it! It sounds like you have made your mind up and have strategies working for you. Just keep that mindset and soon you won't even be missing those nasty carbs .
