Default online fast food carb counter??

does anyone know if there is a site that offers the nutritional information on fast food items *low carb style*?

i found a couple places that give the carb count and such for fast food chains but all include the bread and sauces. how do you figure the true carb count if you toss the bun?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Cetacean,

I don't know if this site is one of the ones you've seen? I haven't looked closely enough to know if they gice carb counts without buns etc.

Hope it's of some help.

I've found that Calorie King at: http://www.calorieking.com/ will even list "sandwich components for fast food, for example: Wendy's burger, bread, cheese all can be found seperately
( I don't know how to conceal a link, like the reply above does, sorry)
