Atkins syas you can use condiments as long as they do not contain sugar and you take the carb count into account.

There no sugar on the ingredent label is there? Is so go to the store there are tons with no sugar in them.

If not any sugar listed then enjoy just count the carbs

Oh, yes, there are plenty of hot sauces that are induction friendly.

Most of the cayenne sauces (Frank's Red Hot, Tabasco, Texas Pete, Crystal, Cajun Power) are zero carb. I use Frank's as a staple condiment, where most folks would be using ketchup.

Some of the boutique sauces, like Tiger, Dave's Insanity, ***-Kickin, and others with names I shouldn't post on a family Forum, have molasses or honey in them to balance the heat or add flavor, so you should watch out for them. It was a sad day when I had to clean out the Shelf-o-Sauces to just the ones I could use.

Tomato based salsas all have some carbs, some from the tomato and others from sweeteners. Your best bet for salsa is to make your own homemade; you can control the flavor to just how you like it and keep the carb count very low.

Hope this helps!

Thumbs up Frank's

Oooh, I love mah Frank's Red Hot. That and a bag of frozen chicken wings/drumettes from CostCo have kept me going on many evenings when I didn't really want to cook, or when nothing else sounded good.
