I finaly found low carb SF soy milk. For some reason Albertson's put it in the cooking supplies section instead of the soy milk section with the rest Go figure. The safeway here still doesn't have the gum with splenda

Other things I just can't find here:
cheap macadamia nuts
low carb spaggetti sauce
liquid splenda
splenda sweetened jello (SF Jolly)

So looks like I may have to make somethings on my own. Another reason I love fitday:
I had no clue shopping and taking care of my kids used so many cals.

I found some cheaper macadamia nuts at Rite Aid. The Rite Aid brand was about $2.00 less that the name brand.
