Unhappy bad timing?

I'm afraid I picked right before my TOM to begin this program. I'm on day 4 (lost 2 lbs.) but now I'm all bloated and hungry - really hungry. Any tips for this TOM problem?

hungry?...eat! Enough protein and fat. This is not a starvation diet. It's a change for the better.
I'm not too sure about when is the 'best' time to start, but since you did, why not keep going?
And even though you feel bloated, still drink lots of water! It helps to flush the system of those ketones and keep things running smoothly.

Hope this helps!

Thanks so much for your reply. I'm going to keep on plotting along. I keeping holding the thought that when all the water weight gain from my TOM goes away, my pants are going to feel really good. Trying to stay away from the Atkins bars because there have been so many negative post. I ate cheese for a snack and feel better. Thanks again!
