Question Need more protien

hello,
I have just found this website and was wondering if anyone could give me a few tips. I have been on a high protien diet for about 8 months and I am feeling a lot better but still not 100%. I am not following this diet to lose weight, just to get more energy and improve my concentration and also to improve the problems I have been having with my balance.
I have not cut out carbs altogether but have cut back on them so I realize this may be part of the reason I am not 100%. Is there any particular diet or book anyone can recommend for me. Most of the ones I have seen seem to be for weight loss.
Is there anything else I can have as a snack besides nuts - I'm getting sick of them!
Thanks
Jeff

The Schwartzbein Principle is a great balanced plan with lots of food options. I enjoy eating this way.
