i wanna thank everyone that replied to my post...well what i am going to do is go for another 2 weeks and cut out some things and see if that makes a difference...anyways i will keep posting and tell u all my progress...i have tried various diets now...and when i first started back in Feb i was about 400 pounds and as of today i am 354...still got a long way...but for sure better then before...

Just remember that it went on slow...it will come off that way. I know it's hard not to think about losing the weight, but it will come off....you just need to be patient with yourself and your body.

Remember one thing....stay away from the "low carb" bars. If you are consuming them....get rid of them.
