I am having the hardest time! The doc discovered that I have a sinus infection - strange. Maybe has something to do with nose piercing and nasty mold allergies that come with spring. Anyway, I have not started my antibiotic yet but I am wanting to eat the house down. I have NO idea why this is and it is driving me NUTZ!!! I'm having horrendous cravings, too.

Last night I ate a ton of macadamias and cheese. Any ideas?

Also, bought some Canadian bacon tonight. I'll be darned if I didn't get home and see that it has 9, count 'em. NINE freakin' carbs per serving!!!! This stuff is NOT cheap, nitrate free and all. Dang! They didn't have nitrate free, thin sliced ham...can't do bacon since I have the arachidonic-acid-in-fatty-stuff- problem...Haven't had much time to cook. Strugglin' big time.

Hope you all miss me at least a little, 'cause I miss you. I'm working on a project since last week but I'll be back.

I had just read today that Atkins diet can actually help with sinus infection so I dont know !!! I was starving a few days ago then the whoosh fairy came and I lost a few lbs.....thats what they all say. Maybe shes coming to visit you....hope !!!
About the canadian bacon I thought that was allowable...hmmmm this gets confusing sometimes huh ?

Very strange... the (Damn) Canadian Bacon I usually get has only 1g of carbs per serving and I don't believe it's full of preservatives either.
