I think I sort of blew it yesterday. As you can see from my stats below I've been doing pretty good but have mostly stayed on induction foods except for an occasional carbo-lite bar or some berries. My average carbs for the past month is 21 and calories about 1600/day. Well yesterday I splurged, had a cup of whole fat yogurt with some sugar free preserves added in. My calories ended up being less than 1600 but my carbs were 41!!! I guess I could subtract the 9 grams of fiber but even so, it was a big jump. Didn't realize (how dumb) until I put everything I ate into fit-day.
So what do you think will happen? Will I gain weight? Stall? Should I reduce carbs today to compensate? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly, my guess would be nothing. You didn't do very good, but at the same time, didn't do so badly for a "cheat", either. Once you subtract the fiber, that only brings the carb count to 32. Not so much over induction levels as to bring great trauma. LOL. Just get back on the program today and I think you'll be fine.

I agree with motis. After I cheat I just go back to norm and just increase my water and/or exercise and I find the weight comes off quickly if there was any gain at all. I had gained 2.5 pounds from this weekend and today I stepped on the scale....gone! YAY. You will be fine.
