I've just recently found out that I'm allergic to flour thanks to Atkins.....I'm so glad I started this WOL or I would have the reactions the rest of my life, without knowing why.....
Everytime i eat something with flour in it, I break out....all over my body in pimples.....needless to say whenever I cheated I would break out.....so i called the doc to have the allergy test and there it was......flour!!!so whether it's atkins or not, I could never have it again........I'm sooooo happy I found this WOL!!!
Anyone else here allegic to flour??? and what besides Atkins do you do to avoid hidden flour???

my sensitivity is to all gulten....i was one step away for an MS dx, my eye where so bad they where rolling like this - no lie....my headaches hurt so much my eye would burn......April 10th 2003........started a new way of life.....my dr's need to officialy dx me but I would have to go back on gulten.....NEVER>>>>>
