Default whoosh

Well folks I had another visit from the whoosh fairy last night and lost 1.5 lbs. It seems that my pattern is this: lose weight on day three of my period...maintain for the rest of the month...lose weight on the third day of my period... It's a bit frustrating weighing daily and not seeing any change but I believe it keeps me honest with myself.

How is everyone else doing?

I have been having a bit of trouble with cookies in the night time. I'll have to remind my husband to buy only cookies that say "may contain traces of nuts" on the label as I am deathly allergic to Brazil nuts and won't touch anything with that labelling.

Does anyone else get hungry in the night? Do you have any tips of what to have ready to eat? I cut up some cheese last night before bed but still ate the cookies, maybe it's just my TOM too. LOL, I can blame a multitude of sins on that! LOL.

Janice

I wake up starving to death and it usually subsides after a few sips of water. I am not really hungry at night, weird how people are different. I have modified my CAD plan and started that on Monday and have already lost a pound, I can handle that!!!! Congrats on your whoosh.

I am whooshing too!!! I went from 154 yesterday to 150 today, can you believe it is for real???? I am so elated. Must be a bunch of water that my muscles were holding on to. I overdid it on Memorial Day, played a bunch of outdoor games, and my muscles hurt (all of them) for about 4 days. So, I betcha my muscles were in repair mode. Nonetheless, it's 4 pounds goodbye!!!!!
