Well the short answer is yes, you can.
But the long answer says it's up to you. You have chosen to follow your own plan, so you can have whatever you permit yourself! I don't mean to be rude, and I'm sorry if it sounds that way, but if your plan is "your own" it's a bit odd for you to be asking what you can eat.
I would strongly suggest you follow one of the published and proven plans at least until you are more familiar with what works and what doesn't.
If you look to the right of your screen, you'll see, under "Quick Links," "Which low carb plan is right for me?" Have a look through and choose the plan which will suit your lifestyle for the long term. I would then suggest you buy the appropriate book and read it well.
