Talking first weigh in!!!!!!!!!!!

TODAY I WEIGHED I HAVE BEEN ON THIS DIET FOR 1 WHOLE WEEK NOW.... I LOST 6 POUNDS. AND AM HAPPY BUT CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THE WEIGHT LOSS WILL SLOW DOWN FROM NOW ON IN? I HAVE PLOTTED A GRAPH TO HELP ME TRACK MY PROGRESS. HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME... THANKS

Yes - expect things to slow down and DO NOT LET IT DISCOURAGE YOU. Most people experience a rapid weight loss in the 1st couple of weeks (mine was 6 lbs also). But after that you will probably slow down - maybe a LOT. Personally - I haven't lost a pound in over 6 weeks. But that doesn't really worry me because I am still getting smaller.

Did you take measurements before you started? If not take them NOW. A lot of us find it easier to see our success in inches than in pounds. Another good test is to find a pair of pants or other item that is too tight to wear now and try it on again a month from now. The scale is not necessarily your best tool.
