Default Day One: Upset Stomach

I lost 70 lbs on a low fat diet and have been this weight for a couple of years. This is my first low-carb day and my stomach is really upset. Will this go away? Is it because I had more fat this morning then I do in a typical day?
I ate:
2 eggs
2 slices bacon
1 ounce shredded cheese

Thanks!

Yes it will go away but you will probably struggle with such things until after the first 3 to 4 days. Your symtoms might even be a little worse since you went from one extreme to another(low fat to high fat). I didn't really have any problems except for carb withdrawl, but I came from a high fat, high carb, high protein, eat everything in sight diet plan

Today is a week for me and the upset stomach and headaches are gone. I felt like crap at first too. I already have more energy and my appetite has decreased. I feel good and I know it will only get better. Hang in there!

Don't worry, it will pass. You are going through withdrawals. Once your body gets through this phase you will feel like a fog is lifted. I felt like I was going to pass out right here at my desk at work- but when the 4th day came around I felt WONDERFUL.

It was amazing. I don't feel like taking a nap after a meal anymore and I have a LOT more energy than ever before.

I hope you see positive results soon.

Keep in touch.

Be blessed,
Tanya
