CAKE MIX recepies

In search of a low carb cake mix, vanilla if possible. Does anyone have one? I have been nominated to bake a cake, therefore, i would like it to be atkins friendly. Any suggestions...

Microwave Cake

Also, you might consider making a cheesecake instead. There are tons of great cheesecake recipes. Might be tastier than any "fake cake" you could do low-carb. Good Luck!

I needed to try the microwave cake right away, and glad I did. It was delicious with the lemon curd topping. It couldn,t be easier to make, and the kids love it too.
